Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CR Express, Inc. (“CR Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at crexpressinc.com (the “Website”), our logistics and transportation services, and our communications with website visitors, customers, drivers, carriers, job applicants, vendors, and other business contacts. It also explains the limited cookies and technologies our Website uses and the privacy rights available to California residents.

Summary

  • Our public Website does not load third-party advertising, marketing, or web-analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools) on page load or otherwise.
  • We use only strictly necessary cookies and technologies required to operate the Website (sign-in/session management, security, and spam protection on forms).
  • We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We collect personal information primarily when you choose to provide it — for example, through our contact, quote, employment, and onboarding forms.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Contact details (name, company, email, phone, address), shipment and logistics details, quote requests, employment-application and contractor information, and the content of messages you send us by web form, email, SMS, or phone.
  • Transaction and service information. Records related to the logistics, warehousing, drayage, and transportation services we provide to you or your company.
  • Technical information necessary to deliver the Website. When your browser requests a page, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically receives standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — for the limited purposes of routing the response, securing the site, and preventing abuse. We do not use this information to build advertising or marketing profiles, and we do not transmit it to third-party advertising or analytics networks.

Under California law, these may include the statutory categories of identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address), commercial information (such as services requested), professional or employment-related information (for job applicants and contractors), and limited internet or network activity used to deliver and secure the Website. For job applicants and contractors, we may also collect government identification and financial or payment information solely to complete onboarding and payment. We do not use any of this information for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our public Website uses only strictly necessary cookies and technologies — those required to provide the Website and services you request. These include:

  • Authentication and session cookies used when authorized users sign in to our customer portal or staff tools.
  • Security cookies and tokens used to protect against cross-site request forgery and other abuse.
  • Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA). On pages that contain a form (for example, our contact, quote, and onboarding forms), we use Google reCAPTCHA as a service provider to protect those forms against automated abuse. reCAPTCHA loads only on pages that contain a form — not site-wide — and your use of it is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, software development kits, beacons, session-replay tools, or similar technologies to record, decode, or transmit your IP address or device/browser identifiers to third parties for advertising, analytics, attribution, retargeting, audience-building, or profiling. The only third-party service our public Website relies on is the reCAPTCHA security tool described above, used solely to protect our forms — we do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may affect sign-in and form functionality. Most browsers also let you send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; because we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information, there is no additional tracking for these signals to disable.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide quotes;
  • provide, coordinate, and bill for logistics, warehousing, drayage, and transportation services;
  • coordinate dispatch and warehouse operations;
  • manage customer, carrier, and vendor relationships;
  • process and evaluate job and contractor applications;
  • operate, secure, and improve our Website and services; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information only as needed to operate our business and provide the services you request, including with:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf under contract — for example, website hosting and security, email delivery, SMS messaging, and form/spam protection providers — for the limited purpose of providing services to us;
  • Logistics partners and carriers as necessary to fulfill shipments and services you request; and
  • Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

SMS Communications

CR Express may use SMS to send customer-care and operational logistics messages, including dispatch coordination, pickup and delivery updates, appointment reminders, workflow prompts, and support follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions for details.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, and complying with legal, tax, regulatory, and contractual obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California Privacy Notice

No “pen register” or “trap and trace” tracking. CR Express does not deploy pen register or trap-and-trace tracking processes within the meaning of the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code §§ 638.50–638.51). Our public Website does not cause third-party network requests that capture, record, decode, or transmit your addressing or signaling information (such as your IP address or device/browser identifiers) to advertising or analytics third parties to occur automatically on page load or prior to your interaction with the Website.

Your CCPA/CPRA rights. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), gives you the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and limit the use of sensitive personal information — though, as described above, we do not sell or share personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where required by applicable law. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any CR Express SMS message. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Our Website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
